Heart and Soul Candies LLC accepts American Express, Discover, Visa or Mastercard. Money Order, Cashier Check are also accepted.

Sales Tax
We are required to collect tax on all sales made within the state of Kentucky. The sale tax percentage is 6% of the total sale plus shipping. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable state and local taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped. If you have questions about the tax rate on your invoice, please contact us.
Return Policy
Heart and Soul Candies is committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. We gladly accept returns ordered from our website within 10 days of order receipt. Wholesale and Retail Store purchases, please refer to the purchasing store’s return policy.
Please send items to be refunded with the original purchase invoice included to the address below. Please let us know if you would like an exchange, replacement or refund.
