Shipping FAQ's |
- UPS is our method of shipping. UPS Ground, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day and Next Day are available. To help you determine which shipping method is the best for your location, please use our UPS Shipping Map below.
- At this time, we ship only within the United States.
- Shipment delays may occur due to extreme warm weather conditions or temporary back orders, in this situation we will contact you within 24 hrs to discuss your order and shipping options.
- We want to ensure your chocolate arrives to it’s destination in excellent condition. Chocolate begins to melt at 70 ° F. We recommend a cooler and reusable ice pack for warm weather conditions over 70 ° F. We charge $8.00 for the service. We are selling the cooler & ice packs to you at “our cost”.
- A cooler can be chosen during checkout on the shipping page.
- We may contact you before shipping your order if we feel your order may benefit from a cooler/ice packs. We do require the cooler / ice packs between April 1- Oct 31. For questions, please email us at orders@heartandsoulcandies.com, we would be glad to answer any questions you may have.
- A tracking number will be sent via email once the order ships.
